Our complaints policy
We work hard to provide a great dental service to our NHS and private patients and we hope you are always delighted with the care you receive from Blossom Dental Care & Implant Studio in York. We take complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all our patients are pleased with their experiences of our services. Any complaints are dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.
We welcome constructive feedback, whether good or bad, and are always looking for ways to improve, so please let us know what you think of our service. You can do this by:
- Speaking directly to our Practice Manager, Kerry Mullins
- Filling in a feedback form at reception
- Emailing us through our contact form

We aim to respond to verbal complaints within 48 hours and written ones will be acknowledged within 3 working days. A written response is usually sent within 10 working days and we’ll notify you in the event of any delay.
If you are still not happy and would like to take things further, our private patients can contact The Dental Complaints organisation. Their website can be found at www.dentalcomplaints.org.uk where you will find an online form to fill in. Alternatively, they can be contacted by phone on 08456 120 540.
